Experience

Lindsay T. Byrne obtained a Juris Doctorate, with Honors, from New
England Law | Boston. During law school, Lindsay worked in Boston’s financial district and subsequently served as a Judicial Clerk with the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board. 
Since that time, Lindsay has concentrated her practice in the area of workers’ compensation. She began her career as a defense attorney at a large law firm litigating workers’ compensation claims for individuals, insurance companies, private businesses, casinos, and public sector clients.
For over a decade, Lindsay has dedicated her practice exclusively to representing injured workers throughout Southern New Jersey, ensuring they obtain the benefits they deserve. She has assisted thousands of workers throughout the state at both the trial level and Appellate Division level. 
A member of the Atlantic County Bar Association and Cape May County Bar Association, Lindsay is an Attorney Vice President of the New Jersey Council on Safety and Health (NJCOSH), an organization committed to fighting for the rights of injured workers and their families. She was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve on the District I Ethics Committee, and she serves as a member of the Justice Coleman New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Inn of Court and New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ).  Lindsay is frequently requested to lecture on various areas of workers’ compensation law.
