Born and raised in Cape May County, New Jersey, Kelli Prinz graduated from Stockton College magna cum laude, earning program distinction in philosophy with an emphasis on ethics. Kelli pursued her legal studies at Rutgers School of Law Camden, where she received the James Hunter III Moot Court's best brief award in 2008 and was appointed Lead Editor for the Hunter Moot Court Board in 2009. 

After law school, Kelli boldly developed and successfully advised a diverse local clientele in general practice areas which included personal injury matters. She independently and effectively handled a variety of personal injury claims, obtaining substantial and well-deserved monetary recoveries for her clients.

Before Kelli joined D’Arcy Johnson Day, her practice at Cooper Levenson in Atlantic City focused on representing educational entities and litigation in State and Federal Courts and involved many diverse claims of negligence. She was appointed by the Wildwood Board of Education as its first female Solicitor in 2017. Her work has been published in periodicals, and she has given presentations on a wide variety of legal topics, including ethics, to both the public and her colleagues in the legal profession.

A member of the Atlantic County Bar Association, Kelli is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court of New Jersey. She serves the community as an appointed Cape May County committee liaison to the Atlantic Cape Community College Board of Trustees and a member of the Cape May County Leadership Class of 2019.
