Attorney Steven Johnson Reports Historic $101 Million Construction Injury Settlement In Tropicana Garage Lawsuits

Atlantic City, NJ – April 12, 2007 D’Arcy Johnson trial attorney, Steven K. Johnson, reported that the Tropicana Casino and Resorts in Atlantic City and other defendants agreed to pay $101 Million to settle claims stemming from an October 2003 parking garage collapse that killed four construction workers and seriously injured many others. Bridgeton, NJ – November 6, 2003 Yesterday, November 5, 2003, a Cumberland County Jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff Rose DeRosa for $500,000.00 in a chemotherapy extravasation medical malpractice case.
