Brett received his Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University where he competed in squash at the Division I level and was an elected representative on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. He earned a Juris Doctorate from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2015. After working as the judicial fellow to the Honorable Sean F. Kennedy from October of 2015 – June of 2016, he worked as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable James P. Savio, J.S.C., for the 2016-2017 term.
Brett began working for D’Arcy Johnson Day in September of 2017 and focuses on personal injury lawsuits. Licensed to practice law in the States of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Brett is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association. He is also a member of the Atlantic County Bar Association, the New Jersey Association for Justice as well as a member of the American Association for Justice.
