A client of the Law Firm of D’Arcy Johnson Day in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, and partner Steven Johnson, recently obtained a $790,000.00 settlement following injuries the client suffered in a serious accident on the New Jersey Garden State Parkway. The client was a passenger in a car that left the highway after its driver lost control of the vehicle.  

“We are pleased to obtain this settlement for our client for the tremendous pain and suffering from his spinal fracture and resulting surgery,” said Mr. Johnson. “The case was scheduled for trial and we were prepared to proceed to trial in the coming weeks.”
