Egg Harbor Township, NJ – March 21, 2014 – For families with children fighting a serious illness, the comfort and care offered by Ronald McDonald House Charities can relieve emotional, physical, and financial stress. To help the Ronald McDonald House Charities provide vital resources for children and their families, the D’Arcy Johnson Day Law Firm will serve as a Silver Sponsor of the Fifth Annual CBS3 and CW Philly “Change the Luck of a Child” Phone Bank on Tuesday, March 25.
The fundraiser will air in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas on CBS3 and CW Philly from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. Donations raised through the phone bank will benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Philadelphia Region, Inc., and D’Arcy Johnson Day’s Silver Sponsorship contribution will be earmarked for the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey.
“The Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey helps 800 area families each year, giving them the support they need to focus on helping their children heal, and D’Arcy Johnson Day is pleased to support this incredibly worthwhile mission,” said D’Arcy Johnson Day partner Bruno Bellucci, Esquire, who will be working the telephones during a portion of the televised fundraiser. “Last year’s Phone Bank raised more than $1 million to benefit families in the Philadelphia region, and we hope our friends and clients will help make this year’s fundraiser even more successful.”

- Donations in the amount of $10 can also be made by texting FAMILY to 20222, now through March 25. Standard texting rates apply.
- An online auction of tickets to Philadelphia sporting events, dinners at exclusive restaurants, outings and concerns is also taking place at www.rmhcphilly.org. Auction proceeds benefit the Phone Bank.
