J.D. 1995, Stetson University College of Law
Karin Robinson graduated from the University of Tampa and received her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law. It was immediately following law school that Karin decided she wanted to use her law license to help serve the interests of our seniors and make a true difference in lives of people. She decided to devote her entire private legal career to improving care for the elderly in nursing homes and senior living facilities. At D’Arcy Johnson Day, Karin has continued to passionately advocate on behalf of seniors, as she helps direct the nursing home litigation section of the firm.
Licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and Florida, Karin is a member of the Nursing Home Litigation Group of the American Association for Justice and the Ocean County Bar Association.
Before joining D’Arcy Johnson Day, Karin was associated with the law firm of King, Kitrick, Jackson & Troncone in Brick, New Jersey, and with McLean & Schecht, a law firm in Tampa, Florida. At both firms, she also focused her practice in nursing home litigation.
For over 10 years, Karin has actively advocated for improvement in nursing home care. She frequently lectures community organizations on the subject of nursing home resident rights. Karin is regarded as one of New Jersey’s premier nursing home neglect attorneys and remains steadfast in her commitment to advancing and protecting the rights of our elderly.
Born and raised in Toms River, NJ, Karin is an active and integral member of the community. She serves as a member of the Ocean County College Foundation Board of Trustees and the Downtown Toms River Board of Directors.
